At Krunchy N Kreamy, orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis and all my products are baked to order, and I do not accept returns. 

In case of cancellation of your order, please contact me as far in advance as possible. 

 

• Orders cancelled seven days or more before the pick-up date will receive a full refund of the amount paid in total.

• Those cancelled within 3-6 days of the pick-up date will be entitled to a 50% refund, and 

• those cancelled within 48 hours of the pick-up date are not entitled to a refund (although refunds may still be provided at Krunchy N Kreamy’s discretion). 

 

 

This is needed to cover costs associated to your order such as purchase of raw materials, planning and any work already done on your order.All cancellations/changes must be received in writing. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation
