Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with KRUNCHY N KREAMY.
KNK reserves the right to refuse the sale of goods or services or to cancel an order under certain circumstances.
Please be aware that all photographs taken of your cakes before delivery remain the property of KRUNCHY N KREAMY
INGREDIENTS
All baked items, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, egg, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me before the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information, and accordingly, the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake.
All products are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration
ORDERS NOTICE & DEPOSIT POLICY
I prefer at least ten (10) days notice for all orders, as I value quality to quantity of my products.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required within two days to confirm a booking. No order will commence until such time as a deposit has been paid & received.
In the event of cancellation by the client, a deposit may only be refunded if more than 7 days notice is provided.
Where I have delivered what is quoted and invoiced, but the Customer does not accept the finished Product, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The Customer can choose to pay the remainder and take the Product/s, or leave them at no extra cost.
Please understand if any product ordered from a picture or photo produced by any other cake maker, then in some cases it may be necessary to change a colour or vary a product from the picture as certain items may be unavailable from time to time. The product will NOT be an exact replica as in the picture or photo. I can only try to replicate what I can, within my limits.
Where items are provided on cakes (plastic figures, toys or handmade sugared items) they are strictly provided as decorations on a cake, and it is advised that these are not consumed. Some figurines and decorations may contain wire or toothpicks which are dangerous if consumed.
BALANCE PAYMENTS
The remaining balance is due on or before pickup date, and before the Product leaves the premises.
If paying by cash, correct change is appreciated, as I may not have the exact change on the premises.
If paying by internet transfer or PayID, the money needs to hit the account BEFORE the product leaves the premises.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the Customer is responsible to ensure that products gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality.
ALTERATIONS
Any changes made to your order within 7 days of collection or delivery will incur a surcharge, depending on the change/s requested. In most cases, I can accommodate changes; however, at times it is not possible
PICK UP
At this time, I entertain only pickup. Pick ups can be done from my place at Austral, 2179. I will always work hard to have your pick up to suit your needs, however, if picking up your cake is outside of regular business hours, please be mindful to be on time.
Please ensure the items are handled with care. Once the cakes, cupcakes, cookies etc. have left our premise (whilst in your care), we accept no liability for any damage, accident, or mishap that occurs in transit. If using your own courier, any issues should be handled directly with the courier you have chosen to use.
DAMAGE
If a third party will be collecting the cake on the customer’s behalf, a release form is to be signed by that person, stating the cake is received in good condition at the time of pickup/delivery.
QUALITY
At Krunchy N Kreamy I pride myself on the quality of my products and service. All my ingredients are of the highest quality. All cakes are made in premises in which nuts are used, every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate however cakes may contain traces of nuts. It is important to remember that cakes are a perishable and delicate product. My aim is to provide only the freshest and highest quality cakes to my customers.
Unfortunately, once the cakes are dispatched or customers take possession of them, a number of factors relating to the care and transportation of the cakes may result in the quality being compromised or damage occurring to the cakes that are beyond my control or responsibility.
Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to avoid compromising the cakes quality, freshness and design. To assist in the care of your cake I will provide tips on transportation and storage. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for Krunchy N Kreamy to guarantee the cake quality in every case once it has left our premises. All cakes picked up are deemed accepted by the purchaser in all cases.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Where I cancel the booking due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to deliver the ordered Product, the deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of notification to the Customer.
PUBLICATION
KRUNCHY N KREAMY reserve the right to use any image of a Product made by me for publication at a later date. You may at the time of ordering request that I do not use pictures of your order.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
KRUNCHY N KREAMY will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email or telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information.
Furthermore, under no circumstances will KNK sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer’s personal information to any partner or external company.
